Warrior | Jess Naylor

Inside all of us is a warrior
Beating the drums and preparing for battle

Put on your war paint and gather for the feast

For I aim to tame this inner beast
The one who feeds on my pain inside
The one that casts shadows, I feel I must hide

I will bring forth the fire and roast that wild beast
From the embers left burning
I will forge my inner peace.
