I heard a whisper this morning

It said get out of bed

Take care of the laundry

Do something to your head

Today is a good day

To get some things done

Today is a good day

To go have some fun

The sun is shining

The news is good

No noisy construction

In my neighbourhood

Maybe I will go

Sit on my deck

All that sounds good

But I haven't moved yet
